a mixed experience

the staff was nice enough, i guess.
The noise was pretty bad. Some kind of club was going until late. i was on the 12th floor, and i could still hear the bass. I can't imagine sleeping on a higher floor. the shower water kept switching from cold to boiling. It happened without even touching it.

I appreciated the professional service from the staff. Maricel and Arrah were very helpful with my inquiries during check-in. The room was spotlessly clean. The hotel greeter assisted me in securing a taxi after my morning check-out.
I received a room upgrade that was designed for disabled guests. The bathroom design resulted in water flowing across the floor. This lack of drainage created a slippery and potentially dangerous condition.

Benjamin is a very good chef and a gentle person. The breakfast offered many choices and was very nice. The restaurant is located on a high floor and provides an excellent view during your meal.

The hotel has a perfect location near many restaurants and grocery stores. Public transport is easily accessible from the hotel. The hotel is located about eight minutes by car from the beach in the city center.

the tv channel options were limited. also, i wish there were more available parking spaces.

The staff was very helpful. They allowed us to have breakfast half an hour early due to an early checkout. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I appreciated the location being central. Many shops and restaurants were nearby. The room was very clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily.
This was a surprise and it would have been better to have this information upfront. I hope they improve this .

Currently, there is no metro service in Abu Dhabi. However, bus number A2 can take you close to the hotel, and for added convenience, taxis are recommended for airport transfers.
